PariPesa KYC

To prevent fraud, PariPesa may need to verify your details, such as your name, address, age, and payment method. For this, you may be asked to provide certain documents:

  • Photo ID. A clear photo of your passport, driver’s license, or other ID;
  • Credit/Debit Card. A copy of the card you used for deposits (cover the middle 8 digits and the 3-digit code for security);
  • Proof of Address. A recent utility bill or bank statement showing your full name and address;
  • Notarized Documents. In some cases, documents must be notarized with a stamp and signature from a notary.

Please provide requested documents within 48 hours by uploading them to your account by using PariPesa mobile app or website. We may ask for additional documents based on your payment method.

Important Information

If you do not submit the documents requested, we may close your account and hold any funds until verification is complete. If we find your documents to be incorrect or altered, we will not accept them and may inform you. Verification may take up to 48 hours, and until completed, withdrawals might be limited. We are not responsible for any payment delays due to this process.
